Use of Eduxnotes

Eduxnotes provides educational notes, blogs, AI prompts, live online mock interviews, private interview reports, and related learning resources. You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and respectful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for activity conducted through your account. Mock interview bookings are intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must be involved and authorize the booking and any personal information submitted.

Scheduling and Meeting Access

After a verified booking, we aim to share the interview schedule and private Google Meet link in your authenticated account within 24 hours. The actual interview date and time depend on interviewer availability and confirmation. We will contact you if additional coordination is required.

You must check your dashboard, join on time using a compatible device and stable internet connection, and keep the meeting link private. A meeting link may not be copied, sold, shared, or used by anyone other than the booked participant.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact Eduxnotes as early as possible and include your booking number. Requests are reviewed based on the notice provided, interviewer availability, whether the service has already been scheduled or delivered, and applicable law. A user's late arrival, absence, device problem, or internet failure does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If Eduxnotes cancels a confirmed session or is unable to provide the purchased service, we will offer a reasonable reschedule or an appropriate refund. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method and may take the payment provider's standard processing time.

Optional Resume and Interview Materials

A resume upload is optional and must be a supported file within the stated size limit. You must have the right to submit the file and must not include unlawful, misleading, or unnecessary sensitive content. By uploading a resume, you authorize Eduxnotes and the assigned interviewer to use it only to prepare for, conduct, and support your booked interview.

Interview questions, scorecards, reports, templates, and other materials supplied by Eduxnotes are for your personal preparation. You may not record, reproduce, publish, resell, or distribute a session or its materials without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Eduxnotes owns or is authorized to use the website design, branding, text, graphics, and original resources published here. You may access content for personal, non-commercial learning, but you may not copy, republish, sell, redistribute, or present it as your own without prior written permission.

Fair Use and Conduct

You must not copy or reproduce content at scale, redistribute paid resources, remove ownership notices, impersonate another person, harass an interviewer, share participant-only meeting links, record a session without permission, or use Eduxnotes for abusive or unlawful activity.

External Links and Services

Eduxnotes may use or link to third-party services, including Razorpay and Google Meet. We do not control their independent availability or practices. Your use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eduxnotes is not liable for losses or damages resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions when our website, services, or requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Eduxnotes after an update means you accept the revised terms.
